Ryan Kwanten, August Man.

Ryan Kwanten, how I have missed you. The months since "True Blood" have been passing slowly, and I cannot wait until I have it back in my life again.

He was photographed by Mitchell McCormack, and spoke on his life as an actor:

On making sure he keeps a life outside acting: “I don’t mean to sound preachy, but I think it is a mistake that a lot of actors make. They just surround themselves with the world of acting and therefore that is all they know.”
On watching his passion for the craft grow: “It wasn’t until the roles started getting bigger and the storylines more complex that I realized there was a true profession behind this. As the roles got deeper that passion for the craft was cemented in my veins.”
On leaving behind his life in Australia:“It was never a planned move to Hollywood, but once I arrived in L.A. it sunk its teeth into me and no matter how hard I tried it wouldn’t let go.”

Happy Birthday Lavo.

Love Ryan Kwanten. Adorable, adorable. Here's something I hate, and I see it as a potential deal breaker: I hate it when celebs have birthday party's sponsored by clubs. It's cheap and...I mean, just look at the cake. It looks like they sent out the 'Lavo' to get professionally done, and had a five year old slap on the 'happy birthday Ryan'.

Plus the color orange makes me angry.

Ryan, My Hero.

These are pictures of Ryan Kwanten (of "True Blood" fame) in 2magazine from earlier this year. This is no trick, but a total treat. I never get sick of his magazine spreads.

Ryan has signed on to star in the movie "Griff the Invisible", a movie about an Australian office worker who moonlights as a superhero.

"Every boy dreams of being a super hero, and I've accepted my mission of bringing this one to life," he said.

I Want Jason Back.

Is a blonde Jason Stackhouse too much to ask for? This brunette just washes him out. I don't like it. He looks so...ordinary. Le sigh. So much time until "True Blood" is on the air again.
