Straight from the horses mouth...and significant facebook stalking. ND basketball jersey's are awesome this year.
I'm way too excited for an indoor sport to start.

The Face that launched 27 Losses
The face says it all for Notre Dame coach Charlie Weis. This is it. I should say, This is probably it. But, why kid ourselves? Charlie's donzo. And, the shuffle of coaches begins. I hate the shuffle. The shuffle stresses me the eff out. More so this year, because both of my teams (Cincinnati ranked 5th, Florida ranked 1st) are undefeated and boths coach have been mentioned for Weis' job.
Not cool, ND. Not cool. UF's coach Urban Meyer (such a football name) has already dismissed rumors, saying he'd be at Florida as long as they'd have him. But, my Brian Kelly, my Cincy coach has stayed mum. All he's said is that he's focusing on this season. Not good. Not good. Not good!! My Brian has turned a my mediocre program into a legit top ten program. I love him, more importantly my dad loves him. While,
While Weis was driving a historical program in the dirt, my Brian was making us the top ranked program in Ohio. Better than Ohio State! I told Courtney I would cut her if the Irish take my Brian. I'm a woman of my word.

I'm unsure how I feel about this. Charlie has done great things with the offense, but allowed the defense to...falter is a kind word. Brian Kelly- we'll see. I have good sources that say he's the guy, but whomever is making the decisions at ND, they're the ones messing up- Tyrone Willingham, Bob Davie and now Charlie- all fired, all bad choices.
Let's get someone young, someone like Lou (Holtz) who can inspire the Irish again. Especially since we can pretty much kiss Jimmy and Golden (oh if only...) goodbye for next season.

Touchdown Tate.
I totally didn't even think about blogging about this last week, but after yesterday's game against Purdue (24-21 ND), it totally just occured to me.
At last Saturday's home game against Michigan State, Notre Dame wide reciever Golden Tate (love him) scored and took a insanely funny dive into Michigan State's Band.
So funny. Especially because it was Golden. He is so adorable. It was a almost total accident too, which is hysterical because you can totally see it on his face as he's trying to get out of there, he has the oh shiz look on his face.
"I thought the people were going to catch me, but I forgot that was Michigan State's band," Tate said. "And, like, I jumped up and they scattered real quick and there was the ground hitting me hard."
So funny. Seriously, look at the pure fear on their faces. I'm putting up this remix for you to get the full effect. Jump (haha) to :40 for the good stuff.

FINALLY!
Court will tell you, I love college football. Live for it. Last year, my parents and I went to Miami for the Orange Bowl!! UC ended up losing, but it was a ton of fun. My dad, a former UC player, got to hang with all of his old buddies. There were a lot of, "This can't be Theo!" moments. And, the weekend was organized by men- mistake that will be corrected next year.

So, don't get us confused. I cheer for Cincinnati and Florida (in that order), Courtney is a Notre Dame fan. UC is not ranked in the top 25, YET, but wait for us. UF is number one, while ND came in as 23.
This season, Court and I will be trying to keep you updated with our thoughts of the season. And, remember... its us- these won't just be football thoughts :]
-Theo, GO UC.
PS. UF - Saturday vs. Charleston Southern.
UC - Monday vs. Rutgers on ESPN!
ND - Saturday vs. Nevada!
Yeah, GO IRISH! Haha I'll be at the game Saturday, so I'll try to post pics and my thoughts (however limited) about the game.

Good Choice Gody.
Luke Harangody is returning for his senior season with Notre Dame basketball. Smart choice Luke. There is no shame in choosing big fish/small pond over the amoeba/ocean scenario. Let's be honest. Notre Dame did not have the season they were supposed to. I personally blame Kyle McAlarney. I think he may have traded pot for booze, because he was having a lot of depth perception problems with those three-pointers he's apparently famous for. It also took him a long time to realize that if you miss 13 + shots in a row from the same spot...it's not happening. Own it. It's like a drunk guy who think's he's parked in his driveway and wakes up in the morning and is confused as to why the car is parked in his living room. But whatever, Kyle's gone. Luke's here to stay- that's all that matters. Don't know why this ESPN article felt the need to end the article basically like this: "oh, and by the way, he lost some weight during the draft workouts. Notre Dame hopes this will cut back on court side deaths when he falls on people during games."
Ok, I added that last part, but...for real, they just called Luke Harangody a heifer. How more mean girls does it get?
