Best Coldplay Interview EVER.

Theo and I needed a place to put this, we keep losing it in the black hole that is my Youtube favorites.

YouTube should really let Court search. It's crazy. This is the other part of the video.

Coldplay Exclusive - The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos

Brotha from another Motha

Last Friday, I was reminded of why I love Jay-Z and Chris Martin (of Coldplay). Really, remember my rant about Jay a few weeks ago? I love Chris; I wouldn't fight it. But, nothing compares to my love for Jay-Z. Nothing.

I love unlikely friendships. It's just so sweet. As is this video, love that Chris calls Jay by his full name.

And, they're great friends. Sexy. So sexy. Why do they have to be married to amazing, gorgeous women? I think Beyonce and Gwyneth would scoff at the thought of either of their spouses cheating?. In my eyes, they are the epitome of power couples. Becks and Posh/Tom and Kate(ie) are probably constantly vying to make it a power triangle. Madonna is probably seething.

Our Famous Selves.

Love this friendship. It reminds me of Theo and I. Except I'm Jay-Z and she's Chris Martin. Ha.

I especially love this friendship when it benefits me- à la when they collaborated on "Lost". That was a stellar performance. Well at a Coldplay concert on Friday, Jay-Z came out onto the stage and tackled Chris. Hmm. I would totally do that to Theo, except at 5'3'' I doubt I could take her down. She's an amazon. Still, so cute.

Vodka: The Anti-Idiot.

Chris Martin drinks vodka as a punishment when he does something stupid. Apparently this started when his band mates punished him for firing their drummer Will Champion:

"It started when I had to ask forgiveness for sacking our drummer Will about 10 years ago.

Three days later the rest of us were feeling really miserable and we asked Will to meet me and out bassist Guy Berryman in Monkey Chews, a bar in Camden, London, where we asked him to come back.

They made me have lots of vodka and cranberry juice in remembrance of what a nasty piece of work I was being. Now if I find myself making a big mistake I have to force myself to drink that stuff to remind me not to be such an idiot!"

The group will be embarking on the UK leg of their tour on Saturday, beginning in Manchester.
