The Office Minus Michael?

Steve Carrell has confirmed that after next season he will be parting ways with "The Office" and...while I saw it coming, I'm sad. What is the "The Office" without Michael? I am lost. No idea what will become of it.

“I want to fulfill my contract,” he shared. “I think it’s a good time to move on.”

He also said he wanted to spend time with his family.

The Bone.

Kathy Bates is set to guest star on "The Office" on February 4. She will play the CEO of a company that aquires Dunder Mifflin. She will be a 'charming' Southern woman who isn't used to hearing the word no.

This is cool, but it is the figurative "throwing of a bone" to rabid fans who are waiting for the Jim & Pam ("Jam") two-part episode in March.

The Office Goes Musical.

Ok, get ready to be excited. Erin and Kelly have started a girl group "Subtle Sexuality" and they have put out an AMAZING song called "Male Primadonna"- I wonder who that's about. Seriously, don't listen to this unless you want to be humming it for the rest of your days. SO GOOD. It's part of a webisode that we debut on Oct. 29, and is also Mindy Kaling's first piece as a director.

Open Letter to All Megans

Dear Megan(s),
I'm sorry that my anti-Pam sentiments are upsetting you. I really haven't been meaning to turn you, or anyone else for that matter, away as a reader. I do like her more this season, but she's just not to my Jim level. Court and I have agreed that I'll tone down the Pam hating. We are also working to pinpoint what it is that find extremely annoying about her.

I'll continue to watch videos in hopes of finding her more tolerable. I hope all three Megans that have complained about this to me or Court will be satisfied with this letter and less of my Pam rants.

Maybe Court was right.

Maybe, this is the moment. i've watched it twice and Jim's (John's) face. So priceless when she says she can't be with him. Now they're getting married... I've accepted it- not saying that I'm happy, but I've accepted it.

I love Jim. As long as he's happy...I'm happy. I can't wait to have sons. I'm going to be that mom.

I will clarify: Theo and I were debating when she decided she hated the Jim/Pam storyline. I insisted it had to be this moment. She was unsure.

Happily Ever After.

Here are the first photos of Jim and Pam's wedding. The group travels to Niagra Falls where Jim and Pam tie the knot. The gang is under strict orders to mention to no one about Pam's pregnancy.

We all know how good Michael is at keeping secrets.

Jim & Pam Forever.

Ok, I desperately tried to embed this video, but EW is mean and wouldn't let me. So you're just going to have to follow the bread crumbs, because at the end, there is the biggest, bitchinest ginger bread candy house.

It's Jim and Pam love. "The Office" is tonight and it is the perfect way to pump up for it. So adorable. SO adorable. I want to kill myself it's so freaking cute.

Is this issue out yet? Because I must have it. The wedding is on Oct. 8th. Are you ready? All their family is back, and apparently, Pam has a sister. Named Penny. Sure.

Pam is only four months along, which means Fischer is facing a series of progressively larger prosthetic bellies.  “When I sit down, it presses in on my bladder, so I actually feel like I have to pee all the time,” she says.  “And it makes my lower back hurt because I sway form wearing it. All that’s missing from a real pregnancy is my ankles swelling.” 

The baby comes conveniently sometime around February sweeps...my birthday is in February, therefore...I am Jim and Pam's baby.

The logic doesn't have to make sense, just go with it.

I hate Pam. I find her very boring and even more average. SHE DROPPED OUT OF ART SCHOOL. Honestly, boom roasted sum it up best for me. I think she sends the wrong message. "Hey, if art school is too hard, just drop out... You'll have a Jim waiting for you." I don't know when it started or if I'll ever tolerate her, but my passionate hate burns on. And, I'm not a crazy twi-hard, I don't think Jim and I will hook-up. But, I wish Pam weren't so bland. God, that name.

Thursday Night TV.

Tonight is the night. The night we've all been waiting for. Television comes alive...Thursday nights on NBC.

I am such an NBC groupie it's insane. But seriously, check out this line up and tell me you don't have chills:

8:00 PM- Saturday Night Live Weekend Update Thursday

8:30 PM- Parks And Recreation

9:00 PM- The Office

9:30 PM- Community

10:01 PM- The Jay Leno Show

So excited. I don't care so much about Jay Leno, but whatever, it's still cool. Le sigh. More Jim and Pam...does life get any better? Also Bones premieres tonight, but I have so much work to do I'm barely sure if I can watch The Office. 

 

Also today would be the perfect day to post my Joel McHale interview, but sadly, Italian comes before such things. It will come. I will be insanely busy putting together that article for Tuesday's Observer. So I will probably just post that article here for all to enjoy. He is FUNNY, trust. Just as sarcastic as you would hope for. I tried so hard not to sound like an idiot. Watch Community though, it really does look hilarious. It is directed by the Russo brothers, who also did Arrested Development.

September 19th.

Perfect boyfriend turned fiance John Krasinski was seen walking into LAX airport on Sunday. The sixth season of The Office premieres on Sept. 19th with "Gossip". So excited- it's going to be really ironic to blog about. Can't wait. I will be pulling out the shirt from last year. The one I spent four hours painting on the floor in my dorm with a pencil because I didn't have a brush that was small enough to do letters.

I really do amaze myself sometimes. Not necessarily in a good way.
