Old Woman Gone Wild, the Music Video.
I just wanted to add to Theo's post below by regaling you all with the music video for the song. I thought the show was age appropriate in comparison to this.

Wow, I'd been avoid this video instinctually, now I can say that my gut was right. Can someone explain the 1:45 mark to me? What is she doing with that poor baby?

Back Down South.
Kings of Leon's new video for their song, "Back Down South". Also, the "Behind the Scenes" look from Vimeo.
Later I am going to write a blog about how the South is officially "In" for this season, and everyone remind me that this is part of it.

Who's the Bigger Lame-O?
Ok sorry...I'm trying to quit laughing. This is Brittani Senser's video starring Levi Johnston called "After Love".
There's really so many things to be said, so I'll do the spark notes version:
Worst acting ever. Why is she touching herself so much? She is ugly/manly. That Johnston tattoo is really distracting. This white beyotch thinks she's Whitney. She's terrible. I also hate people who put an 'i' where the 'y' should be in their name.

Give a Little More.
I've been newly obsessed with Maroon 5 since "Misery" came out, especially these past few weeks because I've been on the working out thing, and their music is just so perfect for working out, non? They make misery sound so damn fun.
Anyways, this new video totally keeps up with their awesomeness. I'm very happy.

I Have to Agree.
Today Theo woke up and was right up on it with this Facebook post:
It really has, hasn't it? And how appropriate, with the fall leaves, and classes beginning. I need me some Ryan Gosling. Literally, just try not to fall in love. I dare you. This video literally almost made me weep. It's like he knows how I feel about old people. Just watch. FYI it's a whopping but totally worth it 12:45.
Gosling's new movie with Kirsten Dunst now has a release date of December. Best Christmas present ever.

Look Me in The Eyeballs
I have a thing with rap songs. I always have one randomly favorite lyric that I start using in everyday conversations. For Rihanna and Eminem's Love the Way You Lie it's is when he says, "look me in the eyeballs". It's not just the words it's the way he says it... but look me in the eye, okay? LOOK ME IN THE EYEBALL, amazing. Before this, it was 50 Cent's Hate It or Love It "Woke up the next morning, man stole my bike"! Loves it. I still say it to my mom because she's the only one that remembers me saying this all the time.
Anywho, the Em's new video is out. I love him, so I can never complain. I love that he's clean. I love that he's back and hot again. I love that he got Rihanna on this track all things considering. But, I don't love whatever Megan Fox is doing to her face. It's rough and sticky. By sticky I mean it's like that one letter on a keyboard that sticks. You have to press it a few time to get an a or space. She's working to hard to get any kind of emotion across her face.

Maroon 5 Misery.
Maroon 5. Gotta love 'em. This video is actually really well done- clear, concise, artistic. Gotta love it. Why can't Lady Gaga do this again?
Oh yeah. She gets off on the whole "I'm so smart and artistic you can't understand me" thing.
All these years and I still love me some Maroon.

My Summer Video
I love this song. It's not my summer song though, because summer songs have to be upbeat! And, this would be good for winter because I'm cooped inside and need to sing. But, I'm loving this video because Chad Michael Murray is doing what he does best: being a pretty face. I like the race relation theme too.

This is a Music Move
Lady Gaga's video for her single 'Alejandro' was released today. The flipping thing is nine minutes long! What the what? I get it Gaga you're all about being different but really, nine minutes?! Does anyone even like this song? It's so stupid. "Hot like Mexico," is a lyric, I'm sorry but I could have written that. And, I only know that one because it's in the title. I'm sooooo over her. She's really starting to freak me out. And, for trying to be so different she sure does have a lot of hot guys in that video. Does anyone else remember when she had curves? She's skin and bones now. Whatever appeal I saw in Lady Gaga is gone like her hips.
Anyone else think she's dancing like Tina Fey on 30 Rock?

Money CAN Buy You Hair Extensions and a Music Video.
The day has finally come. The day we've been waiting for.
It's the "Money Can't Buy You Class" video day folks, and it is a good one, non? It's worse than I thought. She looks nothing, nothing like herself, well- maybe her 30 years ago- and all those men are a good 25 years younger than her.
We've got ourselves a cougar ladies- so hold on to your age appropriate 25 year old boyfriends.
So classic. I may just watch this over and over again.

Not Bad, Little J
Did you guys see the Gossip Girl finale?! It was too amazing for words. No joke, it was probably my favorite episode ever. I'm not going to give anything away but everyone should really watch it. Taylor Momsen did a fine job in her last episode as a season regular.
Speaking of Momsen, Perez Hilton posted this video of her band, Pretty Reckless. I'm going to hand it to her. Bitch can sing. I'm all for dark and moody, but the lyrics could use some work. Taylor really surprised me, I thought she as going to be super sucky. Now, if only she'd put some pants on, stop smoking and wipe of that eye make up.
-TM
Ok she can sing...like Ashlee Simpson. Seriously sounds like Ashlee with a little goth. I still put it at a thumbs down. But not as bad as it could be.

Ok Go Creates More Music Video Magic.
The article I found this in proclaims it as a "genius game of mouse trap" and says, "be prepared to have your mind blown!"
So naturally, I was skeptical and bitchy when I started watching it. I don't like being told to expect something to be genius, even though I really like Ok Go. I was prepared to roll my eyes, just for the sake of being contrary.
However, my mind was sufficiently blown. It is intense. I'm not going to tell you how to feel about it, intelligent as you are, I'm sure you can figure it out. But it's kind of awesome. And kind of genius. I kind of love it. The song too- that's good.

Timbaland Say What?
This is the video for Timbaland and Katy Perry's new single "If We Ever Meet Again", which is...so romantic, non? It is off of his next album, Shock Value II.
“I wanna make something deep,” Timbaland has told MTV of the video, “I don’t know if I wanna make it like a relationship. I wanna make it like she saved my life with whatever depression I was going through, whether it be drug depression, weight-loss depression - something. … Will she be around if I go through this again?”
Hint: I was kidding about the romantic part. Tara Reid is a deep as this song. It's not bad though, but lets just call it what it is.
