Good Glee News!

In light of the recent horrible, tragic news about "Friday Night Lights" (below), I needed some good TV news. Desperately. Then, like a a shining Patronus into a sea of dementors, came this:

"Glee" has been renewed for a second season.

And, better than that- they're holding open open auditions for both amateurs and pros between the ages of 16 and 26 (hey, I'M between those ages! Oh wait, I'm awkward and can't sing/dance)
The executive producers of Glee will begin a nationwide casting search this February to fill three new roles that will be added to the show's second season.
Auditions will be open to professional and amateur individuals between the ages of 16-26. All hopefuls will be able to submit auditions online. Additional details to be announced soon.

...and there will be more information up soon HERE.

Also, "Glee" has been nominated for several Writers Guild of America awards. AND Olivia Newton- John will be making a guest appearance on the show.
