Happy Birthday... You!

This is the ultimate Lohan move. I'm pretty sure Paris coined it, but Lindsay's mastered it. This move is: The Sponsered Birthday Party. Jessica Lowndes of 90210 tried it last night in Las Vegas. I'm just going to go ahead and call this one a fail. Starting with the outfit, I'm not a fan of this open chested look. I feel like she should be prepping for heart surgery. And, then- the hair. What the hell? It's awful. I just can't even deal with that.

But, no other stars showed up for her 21st. Not even her co-stars. Can't blame them though. Party looks lame.
