Big Improvement.

What's this? Taylor Momsen looking...put together? Not like a common streetwalker? This is going to mess with her reputation. Granted, this is on the set of "Gossip Girl", so other people had a part in putting together this small miracle, but none the less, I am glad.

For so long, she has been looking rough. Real rough. Like used and abused, washed up druggie prostitute rough. Tragic but true. Now she just looks like a kind of emo stylish girl. Hate the long hair, it does something weird to her face, but I'll take what I can get.

She does look a little sad though. Eh, par for the course.
