Here's Taylor Momsen... without pants. Not sure if going out without pants is the new style, but it's to say the least odd and very inappropriate.I'm not sure, but these pictures seem to be bordering obscene. Where is her mother? A lawyer? Some type of guardian? This GIRL is sixteen. Court said this a while ago, but because Taylor dresses like this means Jenny will (at some point) go out without pants. Great.
