This looks like someone just took a really large wad of gum and wrapped it around Lindsay Lohan. This is how it probs went down:"Hey, I've got this giant wad of gum, what should I do with it? Genius- make it into a jacket. Anyone have Lindsay Lohan's number?"
Basically, that is how this came to be in the world.
