What the heck is he doing?? Ok, I know what he's officially doing- apparently he was jogging through downtown Vancouver, but what is he wearing? It looks like he's doing a very poor job of pulling an undercover operation in a cheesy Steven Seagal movie.Creeper. What a creeper.
