Too Cool To Wear Pants.

She is 16. What kind of 16 year-old is allowed out of the house like this? She looks like Courtney Love mixed with Britney Spears when she was walking around with her pockets hanging out of the bottom of her shorts and had no shoes on. Except Taylor does have shoes on. She has stripper boots on.

Once again, how does she get away with this??? I had a friend who had to put a quarter in her back pocket every time she went out, and if her father could see the outline of it in the fabric, then her shorts were deemed too tight and she would have to go change.

This is obviously not the case for Taylor "I'm so cool I drink bottled water with a straw" Momsen.

Ugh. Hate her.
